Returns
- We accept returns of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Request it from “My account” > “Orders” or by writing to atencion@ecomm-b2b.example with the order number and the references.
- You can drop the goods off at any branch or request a collection (shipping paid by the customer unless the error is ours).
- Cut-to-size material, special orders and opened flexible duct cannot be returned.
Credit notes
Once the goods have been checked, we issue the corrective invoice within 7 working days. You will find it in “My account” > “Credit slips”.
Warranty
All equipment carries the manufacturer's legal warranty (at least 3 years). To process it we need the invoice number, the reference and a description of the fault; your sales rep coordinates the claim with the brand's technical service.
