Payment methods
- Bank transfer: you will receive the account details when you confirm the order; we prepare it once payment is received.
- Cash on delivery: you pay when you receive the order (courier deliveries only).
- Deferred payment: for customers with approved credit, at 30, 60 or 90 days according to your account. It is handled automatically when you place the order.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued in the company's name with the tax ID of your billing address. You can download them as PDF from “My account” > “Invoices”.
Security
All browsing is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not store card details and only authorised staff can access your account data.
