These terms govern purchases made by trade customers through this channel. By confirming an order you accept them.
1. Customers
Sales are reserved for professionals and companies. You apply for an account with your company's tax details and it remains pending until we validate it; once approved, we assign you a price list, payment method and sales rep.
2. Prices
- Prices are shown excluding VAT and correspond to your account's price list, including your discounts and quantity breaks.
- Prices marked “on request” and project orders are confirmed through a quote from your sales rep.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors before the order is shipped.
3. Orders
- The order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email with its reference.
- Only references with available stock can be ordered; those without stock are shown as “Out of stock”.
- Some references are sold in multiples (boxes, packs or pallets); the cart adjusts the quantity automatically.
4. Payment methods
Advance bank transfer, cash on delivery or, for customers with approved credit, deferred payment according to the terms of your account (for example, 30, 60 or 90 days). See Secure payment.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until paid in full.
