We ship from our central warehouse in Granollers and from our branches in Barcelona (L'Hospitalet), Madrid (Getafe) and Valencia (Paterna), each with its own stock. The product page of each reference shows the available stock before you order.

Collection at branch
- Choose the branch in the shipping step of your order. We will email you when it is ready.
- Collection hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00 (Granollers, from 7:30 to 17:30).
- Anyone from your company can collect it by quoting the order number.
Deliveries to site
Use the “Your order reference / site no.” field so that the delivery note and invoice carry your reference, and “Delivery notes” for unloading hours, access or the contact person.
Bulky goods
Duct panels, ventilation boxes and rolls of flexible duct may travel on pallets. If unloading requires special equipment (tail lift, crane), please state it when ordering.
Delivery issues
Check the packages on receipt and note any damage on the carrier's delivery note. Report the issue within 24 hours at atencion@ecomm-b2b.example or on 938 000 001.
