The legal basis is the contractual relationship with your company and, for marketing communications, your consent. We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the legal invoicing periods.
Recipients
Carriers (for delivery) and technology providers acting as data processors. We do not share data with third parties for any other purpose.
Rights
You can access, rectify, erase or object to the processing by writing to atencion@ecomm-b2b.example, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). From “My account” > “GDPR” you can download your data or request its deletion.
